Everyone went apeshit in unison to this song. Morris just strolled onstage, goes “hit it”, and boom. This starts out the set. It was the best around.

FreePress Day One summary:

Big Freedia rocked my world in a tiny tent and gave me a free CD.

Best Coast was good, but better in Denton when everyone was singing along and douchy drunks weren’t trying to be funny.

Morris Day was just the damn jam.

I heard Snoop and the Lips killed it, which is good. I’m stoked for Day Two tomorrow. 

Descendents also put out a limited edition shirt for their appearance.
